Wyatt has always been obsessed with the creative side of marketing, specifically what makes someone stop, actually pay attention, and feel something. After earning his degree in Marketing, he spent years studying the intersection of brand, content, and human behavior.
What he kept seeing in real estate was a massive gap: beautiful media with no strategy behind it. Realtors spending real money on content that was going nowhere. DYNMTE was built to close that gap, starting with the belief that great content without a purposeful strategy is just noise.

Austin was a real estate agent in Utah who realized early on that the part of the job he cared most about wasn’t the transaction. It was how a home was presented, how it made people feel, and what made one agent the obvious choice over the thousands of others in the same market.
That curiosity pulled him toward media and branding, and eventually led him to co-found DYNMTE. He brings a ground-level understanding of what Utah realtors actually need, because not long ago he needed it himself. That perspective shapes everything we build.
